Honeywell’s Second M&A Transaction with Perseus Group

In October, we welcomed Optivision to our portfolio, Honeywell’s exclusive global license for the pulp and paper industry. This marks Honeywell’s second divestiture to Perseus, showcasing our ability to integrate and grow niche solutions from large corporate partners.
