Perseus Epic 2025: Curiosity, Connection, and Continuous Growth
Last week, 250+ leaders from across Perseus Group, Constellation Software, and other Constellation operating groups came together in Mont Tremblant for Perseus Epic 2025. The three-day event brought our global community out of the office and into a setting built for learning, collaboration, and fun.
What makes Perseus Epic unique is that it’s powered by the community itself. A third of all attendees were also presenters, sharing real-world insights from their businesses. With 150+ sessions, the agenda reflected the breadth and depth of knowledge across our ecosystem.
Insights From our Teams
1. Small Steps Create Lasting Change
Transformation doesn’t come from sweeping initiatives alone. Lessons from our leaders reminded us that progress often starts with modest, consistent improvements that add up to meaningful impact.
2. AI is an Evolution
AI was a recurring theme this year, with sessions looking at what’s ahead, how different businesses are starting to use it, and how teams are adjusting along the way. Leaders shared practical stories of experiments both big and small, showing that progress doesn’t come from one bold leap but from the same steady, thoughtful approach that has shaped our businesses for years.
The takeaway: we should treat AI like any other tool we’ve adopted, by leaning on training, coaching, and sharing best practices. We should aspire to remain curious, and evolve with the technology, rather than completely overhauling long-tested systems.
3. Experimentation is our Best Teacher
Mastery doesn’t come from theory alone, it comes from trying, testing, and adjusting along the way. The most meaningful progress often comes through small experiments that build confidence and capability over time.
Sessions like You Can’t Outsell Attrition and Taking an Initiative to a Core Product: Transitions that Work with showed how small, incremental changes can lead to lasting impact.
4. Failure is Part of the Journey
Failure was reframed not as the opposite of success, but as its foundation. The moments that don’t go to plan offer us the deepest lessons. For example, teams shared how a new customer onboarding process initially created confusion and before it was reworked into a smoother, more scalable approach.
Taking Time to Reflect
Even in a conference buzzing with ideas, creativity, and future-focused dialogue, Perseus Epic also created space for connection outside the conference rooms. Leaders joined morning hikes, took on a spirited scavenger hunt through the village, trekked through the treetops, and even shared boat rides across Lake Tremblant. These moments of adventure and camaraderie helped strengthen relationships, spark new conversations, and balance the intensity of the sessions with time to simply enjoy being together.

Looking Ahead
As we return to our offices, we carry back fresh ideas, renewed curiosity, and clear next steps to put into practice. Perseus Epic may be over for this year, but the momentum continues!
