Carla: Hi, I’m Carla. I’m in charge of the relationship and solution area. I’ve been at Matrix since 2001, so that’s 24 years. 

Eliane: My name is Eliane Beresowker, I’m the company’s sales manager, and I’m 16 years at Matrix. I work with a team of five people.   

Francisco: My name is Francisco Eduardo Espuny, I’m a contract manager, and I’ve worked here at Matrix for 23 years.  

What has Perseus done to ensure a smooth transition to this point? 

Francisco: Perseus took all the necessary precautions to ensure that the transition process was smooth, totally transparent and collaborative. Right from the start, they implemented a communication plan with Matrix and promoted many meetings with our team, in such a way that we were able to align all the expectations and clarify doubts. In addition, we interacted with them on a daily basis, with all the Perseus teams and the Matrix teams and to participate in various training as well. An important point is that, from our customers’ point of view, everything went absolutely smoothly, without any interruption or change in the quality of our services. 

Eliane: Well, the transition with Perseus was actually very smooth, because at first, when I heard the news about the sale of Matrix, I was very worried and I think all the collaborators were too. But today I realize that even with a short time with them, we’ve gained a lot from this new partnership. It’s a company that makes a point of listening to us and I think the most important thing is that their management tries to make things easier. They manage with us and gain efficiency. That was the best thing that ever happened to me. 

What excites you most about the direction the company is taking right now?  

Carla: I’m super excited about Perseus’ support, with Philippe’s new direction. We’ve been working together for ten years now, but every day we discover new things, paths, new opportunities, new challenges are overcome, and Perseus is letting it all happen naturally. 

Eliane: I’m sure that the power of growth that Perseus has brought to Matrix will bring to us. It will give us a glimpse of a long-standing and very promising partnership. They trust the results that have been obtained during these 42 years of Matrix. They believed in the team that is working today and chose from among the people in that team. The team has a general manager who has been with us for ten years, and they haven’t brought in anyone from outside. So they trusted our human assets, and this manager has been with us for ten years. The customer won’t feel any change, Matrix continues to be a 100% Brazilian company for the Brazilian market. 

How do you feel about joining a portfolio full of other global healthcare businesses? 

Carla: Wow, I’m feeling very excited and very positive. Being part of a global company makes me feel more motivated, that I want to learn, that I want to contribute and that I want to really make a difference. Imagine us serving everyone. It’s going to be great. 

Francisco: Being part of a global business portfolio is a great experience, enriching for all of us here at Matrix. I see it as a great opportunity to exchange knowledge with many professionals around the world, and also to learn from the experiences of other companies in the group that face challenges very similar to ours. This will, in many ways, bring innovation to us here and boost our growth so that we can continue to make a difference in the healthcare market. I personally feel very proud to be part of Perseus, a well-respected global group, and this only reinforces the quality of the work that we have always done here in Brazil.

Carla: Olá, eu sou a Carla, sou responsável pela área de relacionamento e solução. Eu estou na Matrix desde 2001, então são 24 anos.  

Eliane: Meu nome é Eliane Beresowker, eu sou gerente de vendas da empresa e estou há 16 anos na Matrix. Trabalha com uma equipe de cinco pessoas.  

Francisco: Meu nome é Francisco Eduardo Espuny, eu sou gerente de contratos e trabalho aqui na Matrix há 23 anos.  

O que a Perseus fez para garantir uma transição suave até este ponto? 

Francisco: A Perseus ela tomou todos os cuidados necessários para que esse processo de transição fosse totalmente transparente e colaborativo. Logo no início, eles implementaram um plano  de comunicação com a Matrix e promoveram muitas reuniões com o nosso time, de tal forma que a gente pôde alinhar todas as expectativas e esclarecer dúvidas. Além disso, a gente passou a interagir diariamente com eles, com todas as equipes da Perseus e as equipes da Matrix e a participar de diversos treinamentos também. Um ponto importante é que, do ponto de vista dos nossos clientes, tudo ocorreu de maneira absolutamente tranquila, sem qualquer interrupção ou mudança na qualidade da prestação dos nossos serviços.  

Eliane: Bom, a transição com a Perseus na verdade foi muito suave, porque a princípio, quando eu soube da notícia da venda da Matrix, eu me preocupei muito e eu acho que todos os colaboradores também. Certo. Mas hoje eu percebo que mesmo com pouco tempo de convívio com eles, nós ganhamos muito com essa nova parceria, né? É uma empresa que faz questão de ouvir a gente e eu acho que o mais importante é que a gestão deles é uma gestão que tenta descomplicar as coisas. E é ela faz. Eles fazem conosco uma gestão e com ganho de eficiência. Isso para mim foi a melhor,  a melhor coisa que aconteceu.  

O que mais te entusiasma sobre a direção que a empresa està tomando agora? 

Carla: Eu estou super empolgada com o apoio da Perseus, com a nova direção do Philippe. Nós já trabalhamos juntos há dez anos, mas a cada dia nós descobrimos novos caminhos, novas oportunidades, novos desafios são superados e a Perseus está deixando que tudo isso aconteça com naturalidade.  

Eliane: Eu tenho certeza que o poder de crescimento que trazido pela Perseus para a Matrix nos permitirá vislumbrar uma parceria de assim de muito tempo e muito promissora. Confiarão nos resultados que foram obtidos durante esses 42 anos de Matrix. Eles acreditaram na equipe que está atuante hoje e elegeram dentre as pessoas dessa equipe um gerente geral que já está conosco há dez anos e não trouxeram ninguém de fora. Então eles confiaram no nosso ativo humano e esse gerente está conosco há dez anos. Portanto, para o cliente não vai, O cliente não vai sentir nenhuma mudança, certo? A Matrix continua sendo uma empresa para o mercado brasileiro 100% brasileira.  

Como você se sente em se juntar a um portfólio repleto de outros negócios globais de saúde?   

Carla: Nossa, eu estou me sentindo muito animada e muito positiva. Estar dentro de uma empresa de abrangência global faz com que eu me sinta mais motivada, que eu queira aprender, que eu queira contribuir e que eu queira fazer realmente a diferença. Imagina a gente atendendo a todo mundo. Vai ser demais.  

Francisco: Fazer parte de um portfólio global de negócios é uma experiência muito enriquecedora para todos nós aqui da Matrix. Eu vejo isso como uma grande oportunidade de trocar conhecimentos com muitos profissionais ao redor do mundo e também de aprender com as experiências de outras empresas do grupo que enfrentam desafios muito semelhantes aos nossos. Isso vai, de muitas maneiras trazer inovação para nós aqui e impulsionar nosso crescimento para que nós possamos continuar fazendo cada vez mais a diferença no mercado da saúde. Eu pessoalmente me sinto muito orgulhoso de fazer parte da Perseus, um grupo global muito respeitado e isso só reforça a qualidade do trabalho que nós sempre fizemos aqui no Brasil.
