Zodiac Epic is our annual talent development event, convening a community of leaders from across our global portfolio.
Rooted in our commitment to fostering connection and growth, Epic provides a platform for practical learning, cross-company collaboration, knowledge exchange, and offsite networking events.
This three-day event features 150+ breakout sessions—each limited to fewer than 20 participants—to encourage open dialogue, hands-on problem-solving, and real-world application. With over 250 attendees representing 70+ businesses, Zodiac Epic is an opportunity for leaders in Vertical Market Software to build relationships, share best practices, and spark innovation.
Unsung Heroes Program
At Perseus, we believe exceptional contributions come from every level of an organization. Our Unsung Heroes program was created to recognize individuals who make an extraordinary impact behind the scenes.
Each year, we partner with our Portfolio Leaders to identify and celebrate these individuals at Zodiac Epic. Unsung Heroes receive a commemorative award and are given a donation to direct toward a charity of their choice as an acknowledgment of both their contributions and their values.
