Toronto, Canada, March 9, 2010 — Constellation Software Inc. (TSX:CSU) announced today that it has completed, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Perseus Group, the acquisition of the shares of TietoEnator Majiq, Inc. (Tieto) from Tieto Oyj (HEL:TIE1V).
