TietoEnator Majiq Inc. Acquired By Constellation Software Inc.

Toronto, Canada, March 9, 2010 — Constellation Software Inc. (TSX:CSU) announced today that it has completed, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Perseus Group, the acquisition of the shares of TietoEnator Majiq, Inc. (Tieto) from Tieto Oyj (HEL:TIE1V).

“Tieto’s Majiq software division is the proven market leader for sales order processing and manufacturing execution systems software dedicated to the Pulp and Paper verticals in North America and several international markets. The acquisition of Majiq provides us with a new vertical market where we can apply our proven best practices. We welcome the employees, customers and products into the Constellation family.” said Dexter Salna, President of CHS.
