Perseus Group Acquires Infian, LLC

Emeryville, California, January 2, 2018 – Perseus Group company Quantitative Medical Systems ("QMS"), the US market leader in dialysis software solutions has acquired the assets of Infian.

Infian, headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, is the leading provider of Electronic Health Record solutions in the US dialysis market place, Puerto Rico, and the Bahamas. Infian also provides Billing Software and Revenue Cycle Management services to the dialysis industry.
