Constellation Software Inc. Acquires IDS from Brunswick Corporation

Toronto, Canada, August 5, 2009 — Constellation Software Inc. (TSX: CSU) announced today that it has completed, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Perseus Group, the acquisition of the shares of Integrated Dealer Systems (“IDS”) from Brunswick Corporation (NYSE: BC).

“Brunswick’s IDS software division is the proven market leader of software to the RV and Marine dealership verticals in North America.
