Constellation Software Inc. Acquires IDS from Brunswick Corporation

Toronto, Canada, August 5, 2009 — Constellation Software Inc. (TSX: CSU) announced today that it has completed, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Perseus Group, the acquisition of the shares of Integrated Dealer Systems (“IDS”) from Brunswick Corporation (NYSE: BC).

“Brunswick’s IDS software division is the proven market leader of software to the RV and Marine dealership verticals in North America. IDS will join Constellation Automotive Systems, in Perseus Group's newly formed Dealership Management segment “ said Dexter Salna, President of CHS. “We welcome the employees, customers and products into the CHS family.
“The acquisition of IDS helps extend our footprint into two adjacent markets where we can apply our proven best practices” said Daniel Zinman, General Manager of Perseus Group's Dealer Management group.
